This Oskeen Associate Platform Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") explains how Oskeen, LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data in connection with the Associate Platform.

This Privacy Notice applies when you create or use an associate account, submit or maintain an associate profile, use platform tools or workspaces, interact with opportunity channels, communicate through platform features, participate in content or social features, or otherwise engage with the Associate Platform.

1.3 Related terms

Your use of the Associate Platform is also governed by the Oskeen Associate Platform Terms of Service, the Oskeen Associate Commercial Terms and Professional Standards, applicable platform instructions, and any project-specific agreement that applies to a client engagement or collaboration.

1.4 Privacy role

For account, profile, platform, opportunity, subscription, referral, quality, security, and business administration data, Oskeen, LLC acts as the organization responsible for determining how and why that personal data is processed. For client projects or restricted workspaces, a project-specific agreement or Data Processing Addendum may define additional roles and obligations.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Account and contact data

We may collect data you provide to create, access, maintain, or secure an account, including name, email address, phone number, login credentials, organization, location, preferred language, account settings, and communication preferences.

2.2 Profile and professional data

We may collect professional information you provide or authorize us to process, including biography, work history, areas of expertise, credentials, certifications, languages, geographic experience, portfolio materials, publications, rates, availability, references, and information used to evaluate eligibility or fit for opportunities.

2.3 Opportunity and engagement data

We may collect information related to opportunity matching, referrals, proposals, client inquiries, project participation, contracts, deliverables, payment status, subscription status, credits, referral calculations, feedback, quality review, and communications about potential or active work.

2.4 Content, communications, and workspace data

We may collect content and information you submit, upload, generate, review, or exchange through the Associate Platform, including messages, comments, posts, profile content, documents, notes, drafts, templates, workspace inputs and outputs, support requests, survey responses, and feedback.

2.5 Usage, device, and technical data

We may collect information about how you access and use the Associate Platform, including pages or features viewed, actions taken, access dates and times, device and browser information, IP address, identifiers, logs, diagnostics, cookie or similar technology data, and security events.

2.6 Data from other sources

We may receive information from clients, Associates, partners, service providers, public sources, professional networks, referrals, identity or eligibility checks, payment providers, or other sources where permitted by law and relevant to operating the Associate Platform.

3. How We Use Personal Data

3.1 Providing and operating the Associate Platform

We use personal data to create and maintain accounts, operate profiles and workspaces, provide platform features, manage access, deliver support, administer subscriptions or credits, and communicate about the Associate Platform.

3.2 Opportunity matching and professional visibility

We use personal data to evaluate eligibility, present associate profiles, support opportunity matching, facilitate introductions, administer referrals, help clients understand relevant expertise, and support professional visibility within the Oskeen ecosystem.

3.3 Collaboration and client work

We use personal data to support proposals, project coordination, quality review, client communications, collaboration among Associates, referral administration, payment-related processes, and other activities connected to potential or active engagements.

3.4 Safety, trust, and platform integrity

We use personal data to verify accounts or professional information, detect misuse, prevent fraud, enforce platform terms and standards, protect confidential information, maintain security, investigate disputes, and preserve the reliability of the Associate Platform.

3.5 Improvement, analytics, and development

We use personal data to understand platform performance, improve tools and workflows, develop new features, analyze usage trends, evaluate the effectiveness of opportunity channels, and improve the quality of services and professional resources.

3.6 Legal, compliance, and business purposes

We use personal data to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and interests, administer business records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and support audits, tax, accounting, governance, or similar business functions.

The Associate Platform may include AI-supported tools for drafting, analysis, retrieval, review, summarization, planning, forecasting, or workflow assistance. Data submitted to these tools may be processed to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, troubleshoot performance, and improve the platform as permitted by applicable law and the relevant terms.

4.2 Sensitive or restricted information

Associates should not submit sensitive, confidential, personal, donor, client, financial, security, beneficiary, field, or legally restricted information to AI-supported tools unless they are authorized to do so, appropriate safeguards are in place, and the use is consistent with client requirements, platform instructions, and applicable law.

4.3 Human review

AI-supported output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Associates remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and exercising professional judgment before relying on or sharing any AI-assisted output.

4.4 AI vendors and safeguards

AI-supported features may involve trusted vendors or infrastructure providers that process data on Oskeen, LLC's behalf or under applicable vendor terms. Oskeen, LLC uses contractual, technical, organizational, and workflow safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, inappropriate retention, and unsupported use of sensitive or restricted information.

5. How We Share Personal Data

5.1 Clients, Associates, and platform participants

We may share profile, professional, opportunity, communication, or engagement-related information with clients, Associates, partners, or other platform participants where reasonably necessary to operate the Associate Platform, facilitate opportunities, support collaboration, or administer client work.

5.2 Service providers

We may share personal data with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Associate Platform, including hosting, security, analytics, communications, payment processing, document management, customer support, identity or eligibility checks, AI-enabled functionality, and business operations.

5.3 Legal and protective disclosures

We may disclose personal data when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the integrity of the Associate Platform.

If Oskeen, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, transfer of assets, or similar transaction, personal data may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Associate Platform, maintain accounts, administer opportunities or engagements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, protect rights, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may differ for account records, profile data, opportunity records, referral and payment records, workspace content, client project records, communications, security logs, tax records, and legal records.

7.2 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and Associates are responsible for using the platform carefully and protecting their account credentials.

7.3 International processing

Personal data may be processed in countries where Oskeen, LLC, service providers, clients, Associates, or partners operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you are located.

7.4 Data minimization and access controls

Oskeen, LLC seeks to collect and retain personal data that is relevant to the Associate Platform and related business purposes, and to limit access to personnel, vendors, clients, Associates, or partners who need the information for authorized purposes.

8. Additional Information

8.1 Children

The Associate Platform is intended for professional use and is not directed to children. Associates must not use the platform if they are not legally permitted to enter into these Terms or participate in professional services.

8.2 Third-party services

The Associate Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Oskeen, LLC is not responsible for their independent practices.

8.3 Updates to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Associate Platform, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the Associate Platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Notice means the updated notice applies to personal data collected or processed after that date.
