Aimé DA Bongou
Aimé DA Bongou is a public and community health specialist with 17 years of experience in humanitarian work. He holds a master’s degree in public health, specializing in community health and preventive medicine, from Université Alassane Ouattara, as well as a State Diploma in nursing and obstetric care from the Institut National de Formation des Agents de Santé.
His practice brings together project management, team leadership, and capacity strengthening. He also develops project proposals and reports, translating programme needs and results into clear, structured narratives. Alongside technical delivery, Aimé supports personal and professional development, helping teams manage responsibilities, collaborate effectively, and sustain quality work in demanding humanitarian contexts.
Djomba Mara
With more than 24 years of experience in international development and fragile contexts, Djomba Mara is Project Manager for ReGO/GIZ in West Africa. His work spans extractive-sector governance, energy transition, conflict-sensitive reform, project-cycle management, and monitoring and evaluation. His training includes international solidarity and development in France, conflict and fragility management in Switzerland, and strategic scenario planning at the University of Oxford.
He works with the Liberia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Liberia Revenue Authority, and German, European, and United States embassies. Across Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Côte d’Ivoire, he coordinates efforts to strengthen mining governance and reduce conflict risks. Djomba previously held leadership roles at GIZ, the International Rescue Committee, and Welthungerhilfe. He is an alumnus of Oxford and the Geneva Graduate Institute, with advanced qualifications in project management, law, and development in the mining, oil, and gas sectors.
Marcelle Tagro
Marcelle Tagro is a women’s protection and gender-based violence specialist with more than 15 years of humanitarian experience across Côte d’Ivoire, the Central African Republic, Chad, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Trained in law, she holds a master’s degree in private law from the University of Bouaké, now Université Alassane Ouattara. She has led women’s protection and empowerment and GBV programmes with the International Rescue Committee and International Medical Corps, including emergency and Ebola responses.
Her expertise spans strategic planning, needs assessment, programme design, proposal development, project management, reporting, technical support, and capacity strengthening. Marcelle has developed proposals supported by different donors, delivered projects within required timelines, and led multidisciplinary teams, including more than 70 staff in Chad. She combines field leadership, legal training, and programme management to strengthen women’s protection and empowerment in complex humanitarian settings.
Marline O. Etienne
Marline O. Etienne is an accounting and tax professional with more than 15 years of experience. A federally licensed Enrolled Agent, she represents taxpayers before the IRS nationwide and holds a Tax Resolution Certificate from the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of Haiti and leads RnM Advisory, LLC in Florida.
Her experience includes CohnReznick, H&R Block, and Intuit TurboTax, alongside advising individuals and small-business owners on tax preparation, resolution, bookkeeping, and compliance. Marline supports clients facing significant tax balances, IRS notices, audits, and multiple years of noncompliance. She analyzes account transcripts, evaluates resolution options, and develops practical strategies tailored to each client, combining technical tax expertise with clear education and personalized financial guidance.
Roseline Kamdem
Roseline Kamdem is a senior humanitarian and development leader with more than 17 years of experience across Central, West, and East Africa. Her work combines programme leadership with grants management, business development, localization, and partnership strategy. She has managed multi-donor portfolios for the International Rescue Committee in Niger, Burkina Faso, and the Central African Republic. Roseline holds a master’s degree in commerce and distribution from the Catholic University of Central Africa in Yaoundé and a Higher Diploma in Humanitarian Leadership from Deakin University in Melbourne.
Her practice spans programme design, proposal development, donor diversification, consortium leadership, compliance, and monitoring and evaluation. She brings experience as both an implementer and grantmaker, including as a Grantmaking Programme Officer at Urgent Action Fund Africa and as an adviser and consultant with FRIDA – The Young Feminist Fund. Roseline has established Grants and Partnership units in three country programmes, strengthened reporting and compliance systems, and coached multicultural teams in project-cycle management.
